“Woke up on a cold Sunday morning to discover our furnace had stopped working during the night. Called one place and their automated AI scheduler took all my information and said a technician would call back within an hour. Never heard from them and lost the day waiting. Called another place Monday morning and they couldn’t get anybody here until Wednesday. Finally called Sharon’s, got a real human being on the phone, and Isaac showed up within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the problem (control board) and had it fixed in an hour.
