At 2p they texted me that "Our tech is on the way. Please respond by text or phone within the next five minutes or this may have to be rescheduled." Five minutes later they canceled the appointment.
I canceled them as my heating and cooling company. Five minutes? Shame on them for treating me that way. I had already confirmed and I sat waiting. I will go with a competitor.”
