The technician Scott was extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to try and explain to me how things in my furnace worked. Overall great experience and happy I found a company I can call for heating and cooling needs that I can trust."

    "Coldest night of the year on a late Sunday night, and the furnace failed - isn’t that always the case? Called Sharon’s emergency service after 10pm and they were at the home the next day. Before the end of the day, the furnace unit was installed and operating, with the balance of ancillary items installed the next day (humidifier, air filtering). The work was so quick, no frozen pipes to worry about! The men were all polite, arrived in the time-frame promised, respected the property, knew exactly what they were doing (very knowledgeable), answered all questions I had and cleaned up the work area as expected. In addition, the unit and work fees were competitively priced! Added bonus - when the service is on the way, you are provided a picture of the team lead so you know who will show up to the property, and a GPS tracker of the truck so you know where the truck is located at when traveling to you. Awesome job Sharon’s team!"
