“Very pleased with my ac maintenance service from Sharon's. We took advantage of DTE's offer to have ac maintenance performed at a discount. Sharon's was on the list and from the moment we contacted them, we were impressed! The tech, Zach Davis, arrived on time and went over everything he was going to do and went over all his findings. He answered all my questions and offered tips to keep everything running smoothly. We were so impressed that we signed up for their annual maintenance plan! Hope to see Zach in the fall to do maintenance on our furnace! Thank you Zach and Sharon's!”

“Ac went out on a Friday afternoon – called the service that installed it they said the couldn’t come out until the following Thursday. Mind you it is in the 90’s with high humidity. I went on line and found Sharon’s had a great rating. Gave them a call they came out the next morning- diagnosed the issue- blower bad. They sent me an estimate- letting me know that the item was under warranty. Once I accepted the estimate they were able to get the part same day and sent a tech right out to install. The Techs and office personnel were wonderful to work with!!!”

They were professional, very friendly, thorough in every aspect, and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do, and then showed me as they progressed.
