When our 30 year old furnace was heating intermittently Diane the Sales person was out the next day explained all our options, reviewed both the Your and Bryant furnaces plus their twice a year maintenance program. We chose the Bryant since we had a good experience with Bryant in the past. Ian and Karis brought out our new furnace the next day. They arrived on time and treated our home as if it was their own. They answered all our questions, reviewed everything they did to setup the new unit, explained how to change the filter and clean the condensation pump for the A/C and humidifier.
