“First, I made an appointment online from 12-4 on Monday 12/8/2025. I received a call Monday morning approximately 630 and was told that the appointments were all booked up and that I had to get it after our appointment which of course will cost more for the technician to come out. Once the technician came out, he inspected the furnace and then informed me that the control board was bad and that it would have to be replaced and they would have to order it. He also said that your company will call or email with an estimate on replacing the board. I received an estimate which was close to $900. I contacted another company and have them to come out and inspect the furnace for a second opinion and their technician instructed me that igniter that was bad and to replace it labor and parts was $400. I think that from here on out, I will be using that company because they were honest with me and also their pricing was over half of what you all charged and they did not charge me extra for an evening appointment.”
