I initially first used them because the company I had previously used for years would not come out on the weekend when my furnace went out, and I could not find another company to come out on the weekend! The technician that responded then was extremely kind, thorough and patient explaining things to me, and the charge for the service was very reasonable. So I decided to use Sharon's the next couple of times that I needed some furnace maintenance. Again, the technicians were extremely kind, thorough and patient. And such a reasonable charge for the service! When it was cold outside and I was filled with anxiety about my furnace and how much a repair or maintenance was going to cost, I was especially appreciative of their prompt response, kindness and attentiveness.”
