“I had a heat pump installed in my master bedroom by Sharon’s, and unfortunately the entire experience was very disappointing.

During the installation, one of the employees accidentally put a foot through my ceiling. While I understand that accidents happen, it took weeks for them to send someone out to fix it. When the repair person finally came (a family member), they didn’t use any drop cloths and ended up leaving mud or plaster splatters all over my recently refinished hardwood floors. When I called to address this, the manager/owner told me that I could clean up the mess myself.

The installation also failed inspections, and I had to deal with the inspector on four separate occasions because Sharon’s wouldn’t send anyone out to correct the issue. When someone finally came to look at it, they discovered that the original installers hadn’t even used anchors on the screws, so the unit wasn’t properly secured to the wall.
Throughout this entire process, the manager/owner repeatedly failed to return calls, didn’t follow up when they said they would, and their team didn’t show up for confirmed appointments.

In the end, the installation did pass inspection—but it took about six weeks, multiple headaches, and a lot of unnecessary complication. Overall, it was an obnoxious and frustrating experience, and I would not use Sharon’s again or recommend them based on this ordeal.
