Diane came out and checked everything out and went over all the options they had for replacement. She was very knowledgeable and kind. No high pressure sales here; they give you the time you need to make your decision as well as providing financing options.
The crew that came out was very respectful, efficient, and did a great job installing everything! They went over everything I needed to know about maintenance of my new system and even went above and beyond by routing the drain pipe to a new location removing a trip hazard. They also put down drop cloths to keep the house clean and hauled away the old units.

“While it's been just a day since the installation of our mini-splits was completed, my wife and I are really happy with the equipment installed at our home. From the start of this project, Sharon's combined our thoughts with their expertise to devise a solution which should meet our intent at controlling the climate in our old house, including a last-minute thought about how to make the installation even more effective for us. During installation, the small army of installers had the six interior heads and two exterior units installed and running in four days which involved a couple of challenges in routing the line sets which they readily handled. When they were done, they quickly and thoroughly cleaned all debris, explained the workings of the unit, and left us with the appropriate owner's documentation. We appreciate all of the folks involved in the project, and extend a special thanks to Diane for the project preparation as well as Chris, Ian, and Ali and, for that matter, all of the Sharon's crew members for answering all of our questions during the installation process. Sharon's was a recommendation to us from neighbors down the street, and of the three quotes received, theirs was the most competitive.
