Called Sharon's for an emergency AC repair on a Sunday afternoon and they were out to the house within 2 hours!
Amy was MOST helpful in getting back with us to set up the appointment. The technician, Brandon Cantrell Bonora couldn't have been more knowledgeable, expedient and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a failed condensation pump and the system was up and running, lickety split! The pump was originally installed by Sharon's but was well out of warranty. They replaced it AT NO CHARGE!! WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?!?!??? In addition, Brandon also recharged the system very expediently and we couldn't be happier with his work. He's a true master at this craft…. AND DESERVES A RAISE! ;o) In closing, Sharon's has installed a complete HVAC system for us in the past as well as other work. We wouldn't think of using another company and we refer them to all our friends!!
