“Sat. Night Jan 25, 2025 – 21 year old furnace quite. Called and a tech was dispatched 1st thing Sunday. Diagnosed and found major problem with heat exchanger/inductor motor. Too $$$ to fix. They came Monday a.m. one got new one running. Came back Thursday and finished up. Techs Aaron and Jay very detailed.
I would definitely recommend Sharon’s team. Also, the office phone staff very prompt and courteous. They will send in Consumers rebate form. I couldn’t expect any better service.
