“You put in a new furnace last fall. Everything was GREAT. Now its winter again and thermostat would not go as high as I wanted. First call I made to you person who answered wasn't helpful. After the weekend I called again and this woman was very helpful, looked up my account and saw I still had warranty on my furnace. A service man was sent out same day. Brandon Cantrell Bonora arrived and was SO VERY HELPFUL. The problem was the thermostat wasn't working properly. He put in a new one. He also checked my furnace thoroughly. Then he saw my heat registers were not open. I live alone and don't use several rooms. He went thru my house opening all the registers, LOL lectured me on why that wasn't good, LOL. He was right! I now have heat and will never close my registers again. Well maybe, he was such a nice, polite, informative young man maybe I'll close them and you'll send him back out (wish he was my grandson). Thank you Sharons for the great furnace, guys who put furnace in were so helpful and informative. When I needed help again the follow-up was great. I have your cards and recommend you to everyone.”
