“Woke up on a cold Sunday morning to discover our furnace had stopped working during the night. Called one place and their automated AI scheduler took all my information and said a technician would call back within an hour. Never heard from them and lost the day waiting. Called another place Monday morning and they couldn’t get anybody here until Wednesday. Finally called Sharon’s, got a real human being on the phone, and Isaac showed up within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the problem (control board) and had it fixed in an hour. Great job, from now on I will call Sharon’s first. Thank you!”

“First, I made an appointment online from 12-4 on Monday 12/8/2025. I received a call Monday morning approximately 630 and was told that the appointments were all booked up and that I had to get it after our appointment which of course will cost more for the technician to come out. Once the technician came out, he inspected the furnace and then informed me that the control board was bad and that it would have to be replaced and they would have to order it. He also said that your company will call or email with an estimate on replacing the board. I received an estimate which was close to $900. I contacted another company and have them to come out and inspect the furnace for a second opinion and their technician instructed me that igniter that was bad and to replace it labor and parts was $400. I think that from here on out, I will be using that company because they were honest with me and also their pricing was over half of what you all charged and they did not charge me extra for an evening appointment.”

“This month was the third time in 3 years that I've called Sharon's Heating & Air Conditioning for furnace maintenance. I initially first used them because the company I had previously used for years would not come out on the weekend when my furnace went out, and I could not find another company to come out on the weekend! The technician that responded then was extremely kind, thorough and patient explaining things to me, and the charge for the service was very reasonable. So I decided to use Sharon's the next couple of times that I needed some furnace maintenance. Again, the technicians were extremely kind, thorough and patient. And such a reasonable charge for the service! When it was cold outside and I was filled with anxiety about my furnace and how much a repair or maintenance was going to cost, I was especially appreciative of their prompt response, kindness and attentiveness.”
