“Unsatisfied and angry. I sat my phone down in the kitchen and sat in the living room from 1:30p-2:30p waiting. I called before that to say I would be there from 1pm on. At 2p they texted me that "Our tech is on the way. Please respond by text or phone within the next five minutes or this may have to be rescheduled." Five minutes later they canceled the appointment.
I canceled them as my heating and cooling company. Five minutes? Shame on them for treating me that way. I had already confirmed and I sat waiting. I will go with a competitor.”

“We had a great experience with Sharon’s Heating and air conditioning. When our 30 year old furnace was heating intermittently Diane the Sales person was out the next day explained all our options, reviewed both the Your and Bryant furnaces plus their twice a year maintenance program. We chose the Bryant since we had a good experience with Bryant in the past. Ian and Karis brought out our new furnace the next day. They arrived on time and treated our home as if it was their own. They answered all our questions, reviewed everything they did to setup the new unit, explained how to change the filter and clean the condensation pump for the A/C and humidifier. They did an excellent job and cleaned up as if they were never here. We highly recommend Sharon’s”
