“Our furnace stopped working this morning. Called Sharon's and the receptionist who took my call was very courteous and helpful. They scheduled a technician to come out on the same day. Scott stopped by in the afternoon, he quickly diagnosed the issue and presented me with options. At no time was there any pressure to do this or that. Based on the information provided and my situation, I let Scott know how I wanted to proceed. He made arrangements to get the necessary part and returned with a replacement. A short while later, the repair was complete and our heater was working again. I'm very satisfied with Scott's technical skills along with his professional demeanor. Thank you!”
