“Very pleased today with technician Richard. Very polite, knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciate him taking the time to educate and explain things to me and give helpful tips to keep my unit running well. I did not feel rushed. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He suggested replacing the capacitor. I had it replaced today for peace of mind as we are entering the warmer weather in Michigan. I feel really good about having the preventive maintenance done on my air conditioner and the part replaced. Richard did a very thorough job with what needed to be done on the inside of the home and the outside. I continue to be very impressed with Sharon's Heating and Air Conditioning all around. Thank you so much for what your whole team does. Top notch business that I highly recommend to friends and family.
