We woke one morning and found our Air Conditioning had quit and with the age it was and the furnace I decided to replace both! But our Service Tech did explain first what could be done to try and make the air conditioner work a little longer which I thought was very kind instead of just trying to sell all new equipment. With that being said from the first time we have ever called them to the installer’s left our home after the installation of our new air & heating system we have been above and beyond happy with the Company and Employees!! Thank you for keeping your business a customer oriented business and having employees that care about the customer and their homes.

“As a long time customer between me having complete heating and cooling systems installed in my investment properties as well as my two sons using Sharon's to have there units installed. The service was great , the service tech Durron was very professional as well as polite. With regards to price although not crazy about it I opted for the after hour service for a premium rate event though it was the same day but it was 4:00 pm. My issue with Sharon's is the mark up they charged on the part. They replaced the contactor on the ac unit and charged 202.00 for the part. You can purchase the same exact part locally or online anywhere from 10.00 to 20.00 that just don't sound ethical as far as I'm concerned. You tell me ?”

“Sharon's HVAC Tech Isaac H analyzed my AC system and found I had a bad control board. He stated I could get a new replacement board and install it myself if I was skilled with HVAC systems. I did replace the board and my AC is working great no issues. Thanks to a great Tech Isaac and the staff at Sharon's again, they saved me additional cost and provided great advise repairing my HVAC.

“I am a woman and I have used Sharons for years for cleaning and maintenance of my furnace and the jobs were always grade A. Today I had a furnace put it and it took two wonderful young men, Kevin and Dave, many hours due to the very cramped space and the extra work they had to do. It was amazing. Women have you ever had work done and if you asked a question the attitude when answering was one of impatience, they didn't want to take the time to respond? Kevin and Dave did an amazing job, took alot and I mean alot of work and hours and yet they were very patient with my questions. I appreciated that so much. I called DTE about a rebate on having a new furnace put in and was told it had to be a company they approved. When I said Sharons there was an IMMEDIATE response of approval, they know the company and think highly of it. As I do.”

“The installation team, consisting of TJ and Chris, recently installed a brand-new Bryant 135K BTU 80% Single-Stage, Fixed-Speed 24″ Wide Furnace for us, and the results are truly spectacular. I’ve witnessed numerous HVAC installations in the past, but this one stands out as the best by far. The craftsmanship, technical understanding, and expertise that went into this project were truly remarkable.
Remarkably, the entire system was installed within just four hours, including the complete removal of the old furnace. It’s worth noting that we switched to Sharon’s services because of a technician named Scott, who had serviced my son’s condo years ago. Scott’s thorough inspection had uncovered a dangerous gas leak due to a cracked component, potentially preventing a disaster. Since then, Sharon’s team has consistently provided stellar service.

“We were having issues with our furnace not blowing air through our house. Sharon’s technician was able to diagnose that it was the furnace fan and that they would be able to just replace the fan, instead of needed a whole new furnace like another company recommended. Unfortunately the furnace fan was on back order and there were some issues with the manufacturer shipping them out. Sharon’s part manager was very helpful in getting the fan we needed in a timely manor as the cold weather was approaching and we had little one at home. Install was timely and quick and our technician was very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations on what type of filters, how often to change them, and how to extend the lifetime of our now new furnace fan!
